I used to enjoy logging into X on a Wednesday and getting a snarky rundown of the best bits from a number of savage commentators. Who should I be following now we're all here? #pmqs #political #savage #journalists

The thing is here that people are so boxed in they don't even know how to ask for help any more. Everywhere they turn, they have people trauma dumping on them and no expression or respite of themselves. Just ask them how they are, it's not hard.

Do you really, honestly, think that's what they want to be? If that's your friend, perhaps ask them how they're feeling it sounds like they really need someone to listen to them.

OR they'd like others to, just for a second, experience the daily loving nightmare they have to contend with that every single one of their friends has normalised for them.

it's because all they get is a hard time from everyone else in their lives ALL THE TIME and they are just trauma dumped on constantly. You think it's exhausting? Try asking them the shit they have to deal with you have absolutely no idea.

Arne Slot still won't get manager of the month though for whatever mad reason. We are held to some different standard.

I'm an aspiring poet, I write short stories. I try and be as compassionate as I can be but understand that this 'us and them' is just 'divide and conquer' for the 21st century. I don't have a solution, I know there's a problem. Please join me if you feel the same way.

Crazy Taxi was such a good concept for a game. It’s all in the title. You’re mentally ill, and you own a taxi. Sign me up.

"I come into the peace of wild things who do not tax their lives with forethought of grief. I come into the presence of still water. And I feel above me the day-blind stars waiting for their light. For a time I rest in the grace of the world, and am free." - Wendell Berry, The Peace of Wild Things
