Last night I had La Tur, a bloomy rind cheese from Piedmont that is the size of a ring ring or cup cake. Once it sat out for two hours, I drizzled honey and added pistachios and hazelnuts to it. OMG best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. #cheese #latur #cheesemonger
