While not universal, a good litmus test for how corrupt an organization is is how cozy they are to Trump & his spawn. FIFA has got to be one of the most crooked organizations on this planet. While this might seem, to a layperson, to be a huge fine, in reality, Google makes this much revenue every single day. This is a slap in the wrist, a cost-of-doing business fine. In order to discourage future adverse practices from a company this large, the fine MUST be in the hundreds of billions.
