I’m nagging! Please, please use alt-text on pictures. It takes just a few seconds & means visually impaired users of BlueSky have the same experience as sighted people. Also, capitalise words in hashtags so screen reading software, for visually impaired people, can make sense of hashtags. Thanks!

I compare the faded photograph to the bustling street before me. Much has changed over the years, but the smudged ink on the #postcard is still legible. I set her ashes next to me, trying to imagine my mother young and carefree. I smile. Her last wish was a gift. She gave me life, again. #vss365

I look through old photos of us and #travel back in time. I am standing on the stepping stones that cross the river, happy and in love. We stroll along moss-covered paths and beneath rainbow trees.
