Native Americans are people, not sports mascots. The Tomahawk Chop (racist name) and chant that go along with it are disrespectful and mock indigenous people. It reduces sacred traditions to trivial game-day entertainment. Their claim of "consulting" with indigenous groups is a lie.

Maybe he wasn't ready for the postseason spotlight. Whatever it was, I think they were a bit too hasty in giving him a 3-year deal. As for the Cubs, I expected way more from them. I know their pitching was a bit shaky, but I thought their offense would make up for it.

I didn't expect much from the Sox after the way they played for most of August and all of September, but I've got serious doubts about Chad Tracy. The lack of offense isn't on him, but yanking your top 2 pitchers early like that is a terrible move. Maybe it's inexperience at the big league level.
