Think that Geelong should get it done tonight, but I’m wary of Melbourne after how good they looked against GWS, and the fact Windsor and Pickett are back. Aren’t typically embarrassed at Kardinia Park - pretty famous win there in 2021 - and Oliver averages 39 disp there (and 32 v Geel).

Big watch with Adelaide is their scores against. Despite three very comfortable wins they've conceded 72+ points in all three games and 100+ against Essendon. Wheelo currently has them ranked 12th defensively despite rating them third overall.

Last night really goes back to the core of what The Back Pocket is all about. Great teams are built from the backline, and last night that was the strongest line (on paper) for Richmond. The last 30+ i50s for Carlton only converting to 2 goals shows how awesome the Tigers work deep in defence was.

Last night's game a really great example of why coaches use xScore. Won't be important to Carlton's coaching group, who know they were beaten in key areas. Will be important to Richmond's who will still want to assess what allowed Carlton so many potentially convertable shots.
