My culinary pet peeve is Parsley being relegated to garnish. It's a whole freaking ingredient! Earthy and vibrant leaves and stalks finely chopped cuts through the rich flavours of stews and sauces beautifully

Oh yeah and my 17 yr old made the loveliest deep fried cauliflower for lunch. I have experienced so many hard fought days that when things as perfect this happen I shout them to the world and hold them dear in my chest

Sweet and white potatoe with pumpkin and lentils spiced stew - if you are cooking brown food and the flavours aren't coming together try a teaspoon of Vegemite. I find it works every time

Is there better pinks then rhubarb pink and radish pink

A cooking tray of roasted rhubarb stalks- a beautiful glossy pink.
They are intended for my overnight oats but they won't last that long - they never do

A decorated little cup in front of blue tiles with little cubes of crisp pink and white radish marinating in salt.
These will be used as a garnish because that's all that will be left if I keep munching on them

Oh my giddy aunt could the day be more giving? We drove little one around the neighbourhood for a night time settle and dear Mother roadside gifted us a vintage cassette player and a bunch of robust and beautiful birds of paradise!! I am just a puddle of content

I am not saying Pope Leo is wrong for trying to rehabilitate the Catholic Church but no church that ever preaches the teachings of Jesus should need rehabilitating or be rehabilitated, especially after thousands of years of flagrant and evil disregard of those teachings.
