Today I forged my own knife from a block of carbon steel. I feel like that's worthy of breaking my usual social media silence. Can't wait to use this in my kitchen.

After a few turns the Cats are holding many clearings and lead in points but the Birds are about to engage on multiple fronts. The woodland alliance has one base. The vagabond is just off on the side of the board completing quests.

Advantages of playing other people's games: you play weird, different sh*t you'd never think of. Tonight @halflingspy.bsky.social brought a little something from the #PAXU Indie Games Night Market. Resilience, a game about the community surviving natural disaster. We lived!

A laminated print-and-play sheet for "The Cook" denoting food, water, trust, and stress tracks along with several locations for dice placement. Many of the tracks are expended and locations crossed off.

Is it a good time to start a new creative project? Some might point to a card like The Magus/Magician to signal will and energy aligning. But for me there is no more prefect card than The Star. She is hope and healing, but also she is inspiration. When your muse is with you, all things flow.

The twos in Tarot are the first expressions of energy within their suits (aces are like the possibility or seed). When you combine movement with disks/pentacles, the suit of material things, you get change. A reminder that death and taxes aren't the only constants in life. Change is normal!

Absolutely in love with this ring I picked up on my trip. It's made from a Turkish coin and depending on the light can look more gold or more silver. Toss in the moon and star on the band, it's just perfect!
