the troughs are double last week's peaks!

bluesky activity by week graph.

each day is cyclical, with activity lower during the night. each day's activity increases, such that it's currently 10x last week's peak activity, and the troughs are double last week's peaks!

A few of the bot’s posts from the past week have required “extended cuts” which I have forgotten (and am not too lazy) to upload here, but you can always find them at the bot’s YouTube channel within a few days if curious: youtube.com/playlist?lis...

I guess it must’ve been a bitly link that got truncated when trimming down to 300?

000

theFestest @thefeste.st · 05/10/2024

Well that’s an interesting glitch. Just “bit” got a hyperlink facet but it doesn’t go anywhere

The bot is now live on BlueSky! Here’s an extra randomly generated three-body problem only BlueSky will get to see, and starting from tomorrow hopefully all the bot’s posts will get uploaded here as well (in addition to Tumblr and Mastodon).

Not exactly the most advanced code I’ve ever written, but it fulfills a personal need to put these piles of links somewhere… so that’s something 😅

At this point it’s pretty much the minimum implementation to actually be useful for anything, but I hope to add additional commands for more advanced manipulation soon.
