His belly. He really wanted his baby, so it’s a reminder of what he lost-what was taken from him along with his past memories. Even if he can’t remember his life before Orin scrambled his brain-case he remembers that. The scars on his face feel correct, like they should always have been there.

Achaia’s urge manifested at 8 and during one night in his 8th year he followed its call out Akhanda’s door. He killed his first family that evening He would find his way to his sister Chinchilla’s enclave of “A-typical Bhaalspawn” and she would raise him for the next few years in the mountains.

I think he’d describe it very similar- as in he feels powerful and in control of it- but it doesn’t come with the urgency or madness he used to have. Achaia has described it as “feeling like himself again.”
