Then today, I am trying to cash-out, and I get this stupid error. Waited a while, tried again. Went to a different browser, tried again. No dice, now I wait for a support ticket. -- WHICH -- I STILL have a support ticket from over 2 weeks ago, AND I am concierge level support.
