It was an honour to receive such beautiful art from you. I’m sad to see you go, but I’m glad you’re doing well and hope our paths cross again soon. 🥰❤️

Art from My Tears Are Becoming a Sea: A Little Mermaid Inspired OFMD AU. Ed Teach and Stede Bonnet are standing on the forepeak of The Revenge at night with the unicorn mastheard still going strong. Ed Teach has a full beard and his hair tied up in a hair bun, and he wears his leather gear. He smiles fondly at Stede on his right. Stede wears a blue shirt and brown leather pants. He stares fondly up at the starry night.

For day 11, it's raining in the cove #ofmdmermay2026 #MerMay #OFMD

the kraken and the merman meet cute in the rain, they are holding little umbrellas and floating in the shallows, there is an island with green vegetation and a part of the parked ship visible in the background

I've finally made some new Mermay art! The water is... imperfect, but it's taken me twice the time that Stede did so I'm just going to let it go. I love that this fandom has given me opportunities to work on my drawing skills. Thanks for the encouragement & love!! #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ofmdmermay

A colour illustration of Stede Bonnet from the hit tv show Our Flag Means Death in merperson form. Stede's sitting in an inflatable donut floaty that's decorated with pink icing and blue and white sprinkles (trans flag colours) in the middle of clear, turquoise water. He's tucking a purple flower into his hair and looking up at the viewer with his big hazel eyes.

He'd follow him forever. Whenever. Wherever the other wanted to lead. Breathing the bubbles in his wake, between their kisses, on the blurred edges of their shared laughter. Decades of the same game of tag, chasing farther and farther into the blue. #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath #ofmdMerMay

Digital drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. Ed is half kraken and Stede is a merman. They're smooching. Stede is cupping Ed's face while Ed holds him around his back. Ed's long tentacles are wrapped around Stede's tail.

Reposting one of my Favorite Mer Ed pieces I've done #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ofmdmermay

Fanart of Mermaid Ed in shibari suspended from the ceiling. His arms are crossed and bound to his chest while he is leaning back. His purple tail is shimmering in the light and his pink fins are hanging loosely towards the ground. His eyes are closed, with a blush on his cheeks and a blissed out look on his face.

He took his time but he’s here. Please welcome Edward Teach and his croppity little top. #OFMDfanart #OFMD

A digital drawing of Edward Teach from Our Flag Means Death in vaguely western outfit. He’s wearing a black crop top, tight black jeans, a folded scarf around his neck patterned like the depression robe, a black cowboy hat, and a rodeo belt. He has a short beard, which he usually doesn’t in this AU, but that’s what I was feeling. Just accept it. It’s hot. He’s standing with his arms crossed and his legs spread and is pouting.

Let's go to Blind Man's Cove to see some insane foliage and shit 🌱🌿🍆 #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath

Digital illustration of Ed and Stede in the season 1 episode 8 scene where Stede proposes to go to Blind Man's Cove. Stede's looking very excitedly at Ed, and Ed clearly is finding him super attractive rn. There are doodles of insane foliage in the background and a little easter egg of Ed running naked towards Stede who's wearing a single leaf.

Ed took "You missed a spot." to heart. No freckle goes unsmooched now. Lots of love to @alittlevelma.bsky.social for adopting this ancient sketch! Nice to work out some feels on it tonight. 🧡 #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. Stede is laughing and clutching Ed's shoulder as Ed smooches his nose. Stede's freckles know no peace with Ed around.

Lovely @chaoticreader.bsky.social has already unleashed him on us, I know! But I wanted to share him again for #ofmdMerMay. He's so happy showing off with his bubble rings. 🧡 #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

Drawing of Ed from Our Flag Means Death. He's a merman with a dark purple tail and teal betta fish fins. His hair is floating gracefully in the underwater current. He's blowing bubble rings and running his fingers through one. It's breaking up around them. He's smiling, happy, floaty.

My version of Ed in Chappel's Grammys dress ♥️ #ofmdfanart

A digital drawing of Ed Teach wearing Chappel Roan's dress from the 2026 Grammys. The gown is made of a sheer burgundy fabric and is strapless (it's attached at his nipple piercings). He is turned away from the viewer, glancing over his shoulder, his expression pensive. His long gray hair streams out behind him, and he's holding a pearl necklace.

Do you think Stede is using his captain voice? Chapter 6 of Ligs4Ligs is up now!! #ofmd #ofmdfanart #gentlebeard #ourflagmeansdeath

Digital art of Stede standing at one end of his yellow and pink striped couch. He is dressed in a white button shirt with the sleeves rolled to his elbows. It is paired with a royal blue vest, a matching tie, and darker blue slacks. He has brown shoes, a red pocket square, and is wearing a watch, bracelet, and rings. He is looking at Ed with irritation while holding a strand of his sadly swoop-less hair. Ed is sitting on the opposite end of the couch. He is in a fuzzy purple fox head sweater, black pants, and black shoes. His own hair is styled with an incredible amount of swoop and is shockingly fluffy. He is confused by why Stede is upset, even though it's clear that he has used ALL of Stede hair product. The ozone layer has a bigger hole now, and it's all Ed's fault.

It’s bedtime, and Alma and Louis won again. Ed finds it hilarious, Stede not that much. He’ll have to exfoliate his face twice as much as usually ! #ofmd #ofmdAU

Drawing of Ed taking a photo of Stede having his hair brushed and his makeup done by Alma and Louis

Stede in blue pajamas sitting on his bed is having his hair brushed and makeup done. Alma behind him standing on the bed is wearing purple pajamas. Louis is on Stede’s lap, clumsily applying lipstick to Stede’s face. His pajama is red.

For #WIPWednesday, bush meets beard in a very rough sketch of Ed and Anne for my #ofmddisastercule collab with @littlefingies.bsky.social

A rough digital sketch of a young Anne Bonny sitting on Ed Teach's face. Anne is facing the viewer. She's naked, her back is slightly arched, and her head is thrown back, long curls hanging down her back. Ed is lying on his back beneath her, enjoying her delectable pussy (can we say "pussy" in alt text? I'm a newbie pornographer, forgive me if that isn't the done thing). Ed's expression is not visible, so you'll just have to trust me when I say he is VERY happy. His long, wavy hair is fanned out around his head. Ed is reaching up with one hand to fondle Anne's breast. The other hand rests on her hip.

one of several different drawings i did inspired the fic 'fallow land and larger sky' by getmean archiveofourown.org/works/433334...

digital drawing by xray_vex based on Stede Bonnet's "You wear fine things well" moment in Our Flag Means Death s1 ep 5. His head and shoulders are depicted but his face is obscured by stars, behind him is a field of stars as well. Above his head, in hand-written letters are a quote from the fic: "Other times, he dreams of Stede. Stede, with a faceful of stars and the disembodied voice of a ghost."
Near Stede's shoulder is a quill pen dipped in deep blue ink with some ink splatters. Below written in fancy script (another quote from the fic): "In all my life, I've never been quite so happy as I am now."
