Just a quick note that I'm quite ill with a chest infection currently so no streams for a few days.

Sadly no stream tonight. I had an incredibly busy day and I'm exhausted. Apologies to those who wanted a stream this evening, will make up for.

New video on the channel... actually a remastered/fixed version of a video I posted last year that had a number of issues. If you watched the original, there's not that much new here. Just a lot of fixes and tweaks. www.youtube.com/watch?v=slYt...

OMG. 29 years ago I put an Easter egg in Duke Nukem 3D Mac, that replaced two of the in-game posters with pictures of a couple plush animals I had. I never told anyone other than my wife about the code (DNGLENDA) and completely forgot I did this. 1/2

Two screen shots from Duke Nukem 3D showing a pixelated bunny and cow in the game.

A brown plush rabbit and a black and white plush cow

Genuinely cannot thank everyone who has supported the Backlog channel as it continues to grow. 2 1/2 months it took to reach full YouTube Partnership. So so many plans and ideas for the coming weeks and months. Thank you ♥️

Hey hey! Did you make a Doom level and post it to the internet between 1994 and 2009? I'm looking for you :D I want to make a series where I sit down and talk with the people behind the levels. Interested? Get in touch with the form forms.gle/duVsBEJUmN3e...

People complaining about the remake of Ocarina of Time just remember the original N64 version is still there. The 3DS version is still there. You don't have to accept this new one, there's plenty of Ocarina of Time to go around

Really happy that this video has finally cracked 10k views. Probably still my favourite video on the channel and I'm glad that it's finding an audience all these years later youtu.be/AiKXZdCpVSU

It's been two months since I launched the second channel and it's been going insanely well. Been really enjoying the longer form content and being able to explore games in different ways. If you want to check it out and maybe throw a subscribe, I'd appreciate that www.youtube.com/@NukemsBackl...

If I made a video offering advice for people looking to setup a Youtube channel, would there be interest?
