I’ve found the way I can actually commit to is to learn to love non-meat options in cuisines. Burritos with more veggies and beans. Bean burgers. Falafel instead of beef/lamb gyros. And on and on. I’m not full veggie but I eat a lot less meat just by choosing things I still like that aren’t meat.
