Hey Bsky! I just wanted to let folks know that even though I joined a while back, I haven't migrated over here yet. So if you asked me any questions or tagged me, I'm sorry if I missed you! (Preemptively apologizing if I miss you again as I work out my relationship with social media!) 🫶

This is a MUST READ. The lines have blurred between film critics and just “influencers,” and Manuela Lazić explains where the line is, why it matters, what has gone DEEPLY wrong, and why it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that critics not be positive all the damn time. 📽️

Who needs film critics when studios can be sure influencers will praise their films?

A shift from knowledgable writers to those simply in search of free tickets devalues cinema – and audience experience

So proud to be a part of this: TEZUCOMI is an anthology based on the great work of a personal hero, Osamu Tezuka. @ken_niimura and I were allowed to contribute a Blackjack story! The original only came out in Japan, but now you can get it below! #manga #Tezuka #comics #Kickstarter
