I’ve been thinking back on Josh’s speech, and I get the sentiment but the more I think about it, the more it seemed completely off track. Bucks issue wasn’t that Tommy was engaged to a woman, it was that he knew Abby was deeply hurt by Tommy and didn’t want to be with someone who was capable of that

I loved this past episode, but it highlighted how disjointed season 8 is feeling for me. While there are some continuous storylines, it seems the show is jumping from one to another either too quickly or too slowly. The pacing never feels right

They absolutely could have ended that episode with Eddie smiling up at the ceiling- they did not have to add Buck at his door or end with them sitting on the couch together. Buck’s storyline was “over” for this episode. They added him in for a REASON #911onABC

This is a personal rant, but how fucking dare he say that Buck won’t be in it long term just because he’s newly out. I know sometimes people need to experience things before settling down, but plenty of people marry or commit long term to their first partner.
