Happy with my new #VisionOn T shirt. Vision On was a genius show. It was made with deaf kids in mind but was so entertaining for hearing children as well. It is a crime that it was junked as only those of us that remember it know how utterly brilliant it was.

Bishops and Archbishops have voted against: abolition of slavery, abolition of death penalty, decriminalising abortion, decriminalising gay sex, same-sex marriage. So this is just the latest in long tradition of opposition to choice and freedom. It's scandalous that they get to vote on laws at all!

Today's walk was a section of the King Charles III England coastal path. It's about 1.5 miles from my house. It's very quiet & peaceful with the loudest sound being the water lapping on the shore. I saw a huge variety of seabirds. Milton common on one side & Langstone Harbour on the other side.

1/2 I've learnt much reading @reecypontiff.com's excellent book, Leap of Eighth. I was surprised to learn there was no VHS release of #DoctorWho TVM in the USA. I had seen a copy in 1999 in a printed cardboard sleeve while staying with Tony Dow, director of special effects for TVM in California.

Just saw an hilarious set by @daraobriain.bsky.social on the cruise ship Valiant Lady. Aching ribs now 😂. First comedian I've seen to call out my home town, Southsea since Spike Milligan (also Irish 🤔). We soon learnt Dara has a television voice. Thanks Dara for a really amazing routine. 🙂
