I think what I resent the most is that all of us, especially the women who worked with him, were a part of his rehabilitation (at least image-wise) without us ever getting to choose if that was something we wanted to participate in. He didn't let us or his audience make a choice. How ironic.

I also find it strange that very few seem to notice that the Title IX info was public record, Geller built a large platform, so he made the circumstance by which this might get brought back up, it just took someone looking.

I have talked with and seen so many other survivors talk about how the news with Cornell and Geller and others has effected us, triggered bad cPTSD, dredged up past trauma. This week has been hell for survivors, but yeah we gotta discuss how hes entitled to people sticking with him.

One thing that's been bothering me in the last couple days is I have never seen this level of "we should forgive and forget" "rehabilitation" for any woman doing anything perceived as or actually wrong no matter how small compared to literally having sexually assaulted someone.
