Girls dress codes say no bare shoulders, because it would distract the boys, rather than boys finding out their behavior isn't acceptable. The burden is always shifted elsewhere. Its like META, buying those kids phones & paying the bills so they can use FB & Insta to make them anorexic.

I stand by my belief that society needs to stop thinking boys will be boys is acceptable. They tell their daughter, just put up your brother teasing you he's only doing it to annoy you. Son learns he can do more & more to annoy her, with nothing happening. Boys will be boys is everywhere.
