DiLA's Bizarre Adventureslop Era @thadila.bsky.social · 8hIf you're emulating, there's Super Metroid Redux that brings the controls more in line with the GBA games. I prefer the original controls, but it's a nice option to have 110
DiLA's Bizarre Adventureslop Era @thadila.bsky.social · 8hI mean, I guess you're probably used to the default at this point, but I feel like I've gotten a pretty comfortable control scheme with extra buttons on modern controllers 110

DiLA's Bizarre Adventureslop Era @thadila.bsky.social · 15hWhen I originally played it on Virtual Console, I was stuck learning the game on a GameCube controller. That was a nightmare in it's own right, but at least the Z button is a more viable button to remap than the Select button 130

DiLA's Bizarre Adventureslop Era @thadila.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Dad, how are you gonna burn "As" on your Stevie Wonder mixtape and not follow it up with "Another Star"??? 020
DiLA's Bizarre Adventureslop Era @thadila.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I grew up thinking most of my favorite Stevie Wonder songs were from "Songs in the Key of Life" ("As" was always my favorite song of his), but as it turns out, my dad had a mixtape that was mostly "Innervisions". Didn't actually hear SitKoL in its entirety until last year and I felt so robbed 110
