If you don't mind a project, paint the walls pink. A big border of hot pink hearts or bows along the top of the wall in stencil or wallpaper really sells the look. Lacey white window curtains with ruffles, and a matching set of curtains on the wall over the bed/crib to evoke a canopy. Big plush rug.
