Another unarmed victim shot by ICE agents in Austin today. The Austin Mayor and Rep Greg Cesar are calling for an independent investigation, which would be conducted by Austin PD and Texas Rangers. Something tells me we won’t get any justice, just like we haven’t gotten justice in Houston.

A Black author put my story in her book because the idea that someone is willing to do whatever I do is revolutionary. Another Black woman showed me how to galvanize people on a picket line. Another Black woman told me to continue being misunderstood because they got no choice but to watch.

Flock’s array of license-plate cameras was built to fight crime. But at least 50 law enforcement officers were charged with or accused of misusing it and other systems.
