Really pleased with my #parkrun progress. Running used to be sporadic, but since February I’ve been consistent ... most mornings plus some strength work in the gym. Down 9kg so far. Turned 54 in January and decided it was time to properly get back on top of my health. #fitnesssky

Cinema is struggling to compete with streaming services in our own lounges as it is so when my cinema seat has a broken arm rest and is angled forwards trying to tip me out and all the staff can suggest is I wait for the film to start and then change seats, it doesn't really compute.

New data on farms and inheritance tax: a third of farm estates over £1.5m aren’t farmers but wealthy people avoiding IHT by sinking money into farmland. The Budget hits farmers too hard and tax avoiders too lightly. It needs to change.
