Just in: after 2 solid days of training, Elon Musk is already taking down pro MMA fighters. Proof below:

I wonder what BlueSkys plan for when it crosses many millions of users. Will the team need to monetize the app? There must be plans for revenue to keep this running. I ask with interest and not doubt 😊 🤔

This is helpful. And I wasn’t sure if my son intentionally forgets to eat or it was from how this brain works. I’ll start reminding him more often 😅 all your tips are great! 🤗

Do you think consistency and making the same meals helps? My teenage son has extreme ADHD so maybe I can learn from you the best way to teach him to cook 😊

Thank you! I imported it into my recipe app 😃 I definitely need to try it!

A chill workout today. I save the tough workouts for weekdays. Still not enough to burn the pizza off. That’s just too much cardio per slice! 🍕

That sounds like an excellent lunch. Do you have an excellent recipe to share? I love to cook!

Texas in 3 months 👀 Really dreading the thought of moving. I am dedicating my life to never owning a lot of stuff. I’m disappointed in myself for accumulating this much. It’s unnecessary. Except my kitchen appliances. I can’t give those up for a minimalistic life 😆

Update: 2 of my neighbors hung up a flower pot in the same spot as I did. My flowers inspired them to brighten up their house 🤩 it feels good!

End goal: partial retirement (part time consulting), get a house on a plot of land, grow my own vegetables and get into gardening, adopt and take care of shelter dogs 🐶 Live a simple and debt free/low cost life of happiness and caring for others :)

I had a nice picnic at the beach today. Decompressed from screen time. Feeling pretty recharged 🤩 I need to do picnics more often. My favorite activity now :-)

I saw someone using this by tagging them as a reply to their image. Love alt text :) only good if you forget to use it! Having a non-abled friend for a decade made me view the world differently, realizing the world is designed for mostly-abled people 😢 keep #accessibility in mind

My dog hasn’t ate food in over 2 days. I bought one of his favorite foods, tried to feed him, and he refused to eat. I laid on the floor with him and fed little pieces to him. He ended up finally eating a meal. He’s old, going blind, and has constant stomach issues. 3 vets already and no luck! 😟

I made smoked queso in my pellet smoker. Somehow it got too hot and it curdled. I still ate it, and honestly, I am ruined for life. I don’t think I can eat queso again for eternity 🤮

The view from my deck last night was 🤩 🤩 🤩 Usually I’ll see pink, purple, and other colors. The first I’ve seen it more of an orange red color!

Your brain is good. I was the same way, but I am lucky to have people at my gym convincing me every day that this is the only way to live. I’ve had weight problems for so long. 10 years straight of being extremely over weight. So being fit is a recent situation for me
