When laparoscopic examination is performed on women with severe pelvic pain, 45% have #endometriosis lesions. When it's performed on women with NO pain, 44% do. Statisticians, what does that suggest? 🤔

A late post but want to get the word out there! New prelim work using generative AI to simplify hospital discharge instructions is out in npj Digital Medicine! www.nature.com/articles/s41... The model was able to simplify instructions effectively, but 18% of outputs had a major safety risk.
