Anxiety sucks. I wake up almost every morning (between 2 and 3 am), in full anxiety mode. Racing heart, knotted stomach, can't catch my breath, dread and fear for no reason really. But this is the majority of the start of my days. And then I'm told it's all in my head and just to relax. #Anxiety
