Great to see some needed changes in DeoVR. New filter to show Entertainers (at least new videos) and a working web version inside their Hyper app that allows you to see the the subscriptions feed or the '180º VR' category for example.

Where can we submit feature requests? I would like to have a mute words feature but that it would mute people that have certain words in their profile description. Now it only works with single posts. Thanks!

I love the muting function, I do mute politics over certain periods to tune out some weeks. I'd wish it could do more advanced things like grouping terms, mute cycles for some days, or exporting as json

I don't see it with the current companies. The hardware could be there, but you need good designed software and they are incapable or unwilling to do it properly.

At first glance it looks like all the other 2d conversions content mills. Not a fan of this format but I'll check it out. I remember there was website for this type of hq conversion but don't remember the name and never checked their quality. Maybe it was this one.

I heard they were planning a vr version so I wanted to wait and play that version. Any news about it? I would have loved a 180° fisheye lens, or dual fisheye. The one in the game is only 120°. deovr.com/ehsjmt

Yes, I use playlist to save videos I find with the cleaner UI on my desktop. I wish I could use webxr or a PCVR app directly but it isn't very straightforward, and the 'send to headset' function has a lot of lag. I tried VRChat to browse and watch at the same time but is also not simple.

No worries. Yes, I've tried the app but you cannot then sort results, so I'm not happy either. Also main app is bugged now and doesn't show which videos are premium or free... So I mostly use my desktop browser where I block NSFW and now 360º and 2D channels and save good videos to my watch list.

There are channels that make interesting VR videos but the medium is held back by a few disadvantages, one of which is your last point, many people get physically ill watching some of this content and there is no kind of standardized 'epilepsy warning' type of filter because it is a spectrum.

I read a blogpost about a stereo fpv mod once but I didn't save the link. A handful of channels are just recording it in 3D instead of flying fpv stereo.

I wish I could select a mix of people to follow posts and reposts and others only their posts. Only posts feed is nice but I feel there's room for a better solution. Maybe if a feed could tell wich profile's reposts you tend to interact with and learn to let those through more often...
