I never know what to expect with Alejandro González Iñárritu's  films. Sometimes they’re baffling, beautiful, intensely violent or blend fantasy with dark reality. Digger is something I could have never expected from the previews. Hilarious, yet disturbingly close to our reality, this paints a picture of not just a selfish greedy egotistical man who acts larger than life, but unfolds this story in careful layers that leave the audience disturbed, astounded and questioning our own timelines.

A unique take on the old Monkey’s Paw tale, Curry Barker's Obsession is about a young man, Bear (Michael Johnston) who is too afraid to tell his friend, Nikki (Inde Navarrette), about the feelings he has for her. Everyone else in their friend group knows. He even asks them for advice! Either Nikki is blissfully blind or intentionally only wants Bear to be a platonic friend.

The opening scenes of Coyote vs. ACME sets a mysterious tone inside the ACME facilities. We see cartoon character Dr. Lorre sneaking around the real life factory, trying to hide some evidence. But ultimately the brutes within ACME stop him and put down one of those portable cartoon holes you can roll up and carry away at will. “You can jump or we’ll push you,” and down Dr.

When I first heard that Christopher Nolan was taking on The Odyssey and putting Matt Damon in the starring role as Odysseus, I was worried. You see, I was that nerdy kid deep into Greek mythology and loved this tale since I was twelve. This is the original road trip story! With crazy side quests, romance and a longing to get home on both sides of the sea, all with Gods and monsters keeping one man, too smart for his own good, from his home and family.
