I had to use an NHS emergency room while living in Glasgow. It was free, and my travel to the hospital was refunded (huge for me then because I was a 24 year old broke ass grad student). 10/10, can't believe we can't just have that here.

Honestly just pleased with how this Sox team managed to turn shit around and give us all something to care about. Meaningful games in autumn against the Yankees, who to be clear suck and always will suck, are gravy. All I ever ask for is a reason to believe, and they gave it to us and then some.

I workout for flexibility as much as strength for skiing, so I'm always a one bell swing/stretch sorta guy. But when I have incorporated a second for high intensity stuff, you can really see how the cardio benefits would be huge and also kick in quick.
