I was there in Seongju when THAAD was deployed to South Korea and there is a repeated pattern by the US. Part of the deployment happened during Moon Jae-in’s admin, however, the then president wasn’t even given prior knowledge the missile-launchers were entering the country. It was done in secret

Fighting fascism requires a realistic analysis of power and force. The right-wing shouldn't feel they can reward their killers and motivate others to kill for them without any consequences. I wrote about the importance of unrelenting actions for @prismreports.org. prismreports.org/2026/02/04/f...

Here’s my write up on the most racist decision to come out of the Supreme Court in a while. The court approved of Trump’s racial profiling of Latinos with Brett Kavanaugh saying being harassed based on the color of your skin is “common sense.” My latest in @thenation

posting our @terpsicoreans.bsky.social translation of Kim Eon Hee's poem for no reason what so ever www.2009-2019.poetryproject.org/from-have-yo...
from Have You Been Feeling Blue These Days? Poems by Kim Eon Hee, translated by Eunsong Kim & Sung-Gi Kim
Have you been feeling blue these days?
Are you struggling because of money?
Did you watch the viral videos?
Is this your castle in the sky?
Do your enemies appear as your parents?
Are you afraid of becoming an arsonist?
Do you want to suffer more from your sense of guilt?
Are you anxious you might step on a dead person’s foot, somewhere?
Even though you’re alone are you really not alone?
Do even dogs or cows belittle you?
Is your eye twitching and pus pouring
Out of your gums?
Is smoke coming out from your asshole or ear hole?
Do your words come out like mushed rotten strawberries?
Are both your hands fool’s gold, one holding amnesia and the other delirium?
Are you boundless and trapped? Suffocating and
In pitch-black? You’ll likely go crazy soon
But like, only like
Are you like that?

Then please do click

“The launch of the KBO [baseball] is political. After slaughtering civilians in Kwangju, Chun Doo-hwan had to find a way to nullify the people’s anger. Music festivals and sports were introduced to divert the public’s attention from politics. Dictatorship effectively used culture to control people.”
