This week is a very bad week of the year for me. Anniversaries for mom and dad's deaths. Being alone with my thoughts is not a good thing this week, and I've had several long nights of just that.

I think I'll see about picking up some commissions and / or working on some gifts for some. I just feel a lack of direction right now. Nothing to aim for.

You should give into that urge. :) One of us. One of us!

No new art this week, so have a picture of Null and Void

Two cats laying in the same bed looking at the camera, one grey cat, the other black

One highlight of Calfurry for me was getting to meet @rwolfcomms.bsky.social for a while. Really really like their stuff and was really happy to get a sketch commission freom him of my oldest OC Terminotaur. #furryart

Sketch commission of Terminotaur, a shiny liquid metal bull. The picture is of his head and torso with some indication that the right arm is flowed out, probably a more tentacle shape

I thought it was the attention he got for The Architect of Sleep.

Yes, for this friendship application we're going to need at least 3 references and a background check. A credit and security check is also likely.

Hey, sorry for the quality of late. It's really not been anywhere close to what I think is acceptable. Ill see about maybe taking a break and concentrating on teying to get some improvement.

Quick One for ##werewolfwednesday. What if you flex as hard as you can, and that triggers a change? I mean you do have more muscle than your human form so what now is flexing "as much as you can". #tfsky #tfeveryday

Quick and dumb joke for the pony crowd today. Yes, still making fun of changeling hole-y legs. (I wonder if its bad form to over or under-estimate what percentage of leg there is) #mlp #mlpart

Mlp style ponies giving each other a "high one" for a job well done with a changeling looking on. Second panel the changeling is offered a "high five-eights"

What scene makes you emotional no matter how many times you've seen it? www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AZc... There's two parts in this clip that each hit me hard. The first near the start, not just what's said but what's unsaid. The second is "I..." (I don't think many realize what's packed into that)

A lot of assimilation ideas seem to involve physically fighting, but there are far more efficient ways to do it too.... just those methods aren't as interesting. Its just being respectful of your victim to put in a good show when assimilating. #goo #furryart #furry

Anthro wolf is promising to fight being assimilated. A silvery gooey bull assures him no fight is necessary as he's aerosolized nannites. The wolf looks disappointed which he explains he was sort of hoping for a physical fight, struggling against an opponent. The bull looks annoyed but wrestles him, starting to pull him inside asking if this is better. The wolf agrees, giving whispered hints for how to hold him.

Oh damn, ran across "Garth Marenghi's Dark Place" on YouTube. (Intentionally) Bad 80's style horror anthology TV show with Richard Ayoade and Matt Berry. This is...something... I think that's really the best way to describe it. Something. Excellent if you like bad movies tho. :)

I've seen "interesting" flavor combinations in bags of potato chips before but this one has to be the strangest.

Bag of "prairie potluck" chips. Bag says it combines the 4 flavors of whiskey BBQ, grilled veggie, perogy, and glazed ham.

I think my con experience would have been better if I hadn't got home to a leaking roof and then got sick immediately.

Terminotter @terminotter.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Con wasn't too bad, and at least im a little more relaxed. *walks in door* *roof is leaking* Fffff......

After a bunch of driving we are in Calgary for #Calfurry Will see how this one goes, but Im going to try and take it real easy. Anyone else going?

I was there and seeing this afterwards branded into my brain. I'd always hoped fate would put me in the place to say something directly to these people.

More random character ideas today. Time to bring down the hammer. #furry #furryart #goo

Anthro otter with orca markings jumping , his paws and arms have turned into a large (somewhat toony) silvery mallet that he has raised over his head as if he's about to smash something.

Another sticker idea. Termy bending over backwards to say hi. Wanted to try a more stretchy thing for him in this one. #furry #furryart #goo #Stretchy

anthro otter with orca markings and silvery hands and feet. His feet are melted together and his body is stretched out from there over itself, with arms and neck stretched so they are right way up as he offers a hand to the viewer

This weeks #TFTUESDAY was from a suggestion to do a pony TF. So, if you want to TF more than one thing you can pick strategically 😀 #TFeveryday #tfsky #mlp Have a suggested species or situation you'd like to see? Feel free to suggest it here or any other time I ask for suggestions.

Two guys are asked what they want to turn into. One suggests ponies, the other asks if his can be a changeling. As they change he explains his reasoning. Pony (unicorn) and changeling are both mlp style

Mind you I like things like MST3K, I think partly because it seems to appreciate the cheesiness of some titles in its own way. Maybe its a lack of just saying "this sucks", trying instead to create something new from the work.

Terminotter @terminotter.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

I don't get into memes of "worst X you've seen" or things similar anymore. Reading the people that comment on it, I don't know what "type" it is that these posts attract, but it's certainly a type of some sort that I just find tiring. I used to be like this, then I snapped out of it.

Really having trouble committing to trying a TF pic. Any situations/species you want to see? It can help to have one or both of those to then think up something.

Old post for #TFtuesday. I don't know what it says that I'm not sure that I could do this well re-creating this pic today #Transfur #TFsky #TFeveryday

What happens when someone annoys you to no end so you pull a power move to shut them up... and they turn the table by not responding like you thought they would. #furryart #goo

Anthro cheetah and wolf. Wolf won't shut up and cheetah turns their hands to goo and covers the wolf's muzzle, but he seems to like it, which then freaks HER out.

So, found out today our equivalent of the IRS thinks I'm a non-resident. I did spend a little time elsewhere but I returned 11 years ago. Now I have to play phone tag department to department to get someone to look into this.
