I was thrilled to come across this gorgeous Australiana fabric, inspired by the whimsical illustrations of May Gibbs. The vibrant colours and intricate details—featuring koalas, kangaroos, and native birds—are just too beautiful to cut into small pieces. This quilting technique is known by various names, including kaleidoscope, whack and stack, and one block wonder. To get started, you'll need fabric featuring a large print with 6 print repeats.
