I feel reposts are underused because people don’t want to “clutter” their own timeline with other people’s posts even if they like them a lot. Perhaps separating them by having a reposts timeline? It might even be enough to differentiate reposts more by indentation or framing.

Yesterday marked a number of firsts: First medium format camera, first Rolleiflex and first TLR camera. To check everything worked, i roamed a nearby park and, as you can see, had a hard time nailing the focus. For now i'm blaming my Rolleinexperience — the next few rolls will tell for sure. #film

Why are bookmarks usually (dimensioned for being) placed vertically?! Their purpose is to mark how far in a book you have read. Placing it vertically only marks the page, whereas placing it horizontally allows the more precise marking of the line reached. 🤷
