why does some art seem utterly generic, and other art scream "oh yeah it's THAT artist" i'm an artist and i can't even give a good reason. i do think imperfection plays a huge role. the more 'flaws' your art has, the more it sticks with the eye

also didn't care for how Deku kept getting new powers. his whole thing was mastering the quirk he got gifted. and having to make huge sacrifices (i.e. crippling himself) to use it, cuz his body wasn't made for it. then he keeps getting more & more OP, no sacrifice necessary anymore. lame.

villains like Overhaul and the Meta Liberation Army were endlessly more interesting than anything regarding All For One. Because they have an actual relation to the setting. they have real motivation born from the world-building we set up here...

i wanna rewatch MHA, but then i remembered how much i HATED how the story started to revolve solely around All For One. every single thing that went wrong in MHA was attributed to this guy. undoing all of the "hero society has ingrained flaws" world building. cuz it's always just this guy!

since adding that memory mini game was so easy, now i figure i could add more mini games. to mix up the combat system, and make it less reliant on pure chance which skills you get. as is, skill gains are determined purely by luck
