im very tired and my throat hurts but I did finish a commission yesterday. The sweet queen Pookie for @tenrouken.bsky.social !

illustration by laur-rants, 2026. A long haired cat with dark eyes sits and faces the camera, illuminated from the behind and on the sides by pink fairy lights. There is a crown at the top of the image, in the center of the bordering lights. The cat is a light cream, but the colors make her look blue, white and purple. peak bisexual lighting.

✨ "I am more than what the eyes see" ✨ Ahamkara dragon gift for @tenrouken.bsky.social Fastus (they/them), for their DnDestiny home campaign ❤️🐕

illustration by laur-rants, 2025. Showcases a dragon-like figure against a backdrop of a nebula in space, where one can see the birthing of many multi-colored stars. The figure is dark, and has many blue-white markings across its body, illuminated in the dark of space. In it's hands, it holds something reminiscent of a singularity. It has 5 fives on the side of its head facing the viewer and its mouth is open, showing a bright blue-white interior. Instead of scales, its back, shoulders, arms and legs are adorned with blue crystals. The wings are also large, encircling their head, and are also blue-white gemstones, reflecting light across their surfaces.

close up of Fastus's face, to show the detailing of the mouth, eyes, and gemstone wings.

Kitten update. 1 month old and growing strong.

Tenrouken @tenrouken.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

Kitten sums up how I feel after 8 hours of running sessions for my dnd campaign. My ahamakra is fat, my Shadows of Yor have been unveiled and chaos has begun slowly. It's a good time.

Some NPC design sketches for my DnDestiny campaign. I changed how Marcus my Praxic officer was gonna look and I haven't had time to work on Hiraeth. I was only going to do flat colors for the NPCs but I might have umm... gone a little overboard last night shading Marcus aaa

Commission I did for @tenrouken.bsky.social from a couple of months ago! This is their character Fastus, an Ahamkara in disguise :) — #destiny2art #brighanart #commission

A drawing featuring a character called Fastus. They are dark skinned with white markings, of slim fit complexion and they and have long, black hair with shorter bangs brushed backwards, with the exception of a longer section of hair that hangs on the left side of their face. Their eyes are sharp and yellow and they are smiling to the camera while stretching a clawy hand at us in invitation.
They dress with a cape that covers half of their chest and back with forearm sleeves to match. A bracelet made of teeth and scales decorates their right hand, which rests inside one of the pockets of their purple pants.

One of the things I love is that I have my own DnDestiny campaign I'm setting up for, and all the fun things I'm dipping into now; like learning Gaea to make really cool maps for my players. It's been really fun to just go wild and make things ☺️

I had fun making these subathon graphics for @mynameisbyf.bsky.social last month. We talked about what we wanted and we picked some ideas inspired from raid and title screens. Making the Title variations for each goal we met was also really fun.

You can also see just how much work I have been trying to put into this model, trying to keep all my topology clean from the start so I can rig and pose it later. I'm really proud of this for my 4th 3d model I've made. Still have a long way to go but I am proud.

The players just saw another confident smug Gunslinger and no one had any clue. This was the ref sheet I made a year ago for the character. The tattoos are markings from the dragon form, either where crystals are or actual markings.

Tenrouken @tenrouken.bsky.social · 03/06/2025

The idea was to infiltrate the ranks of the players, make them believe I was just a new player and slowly win them over. No one but the GM would know it was me and that this character was anything special till the GM decided it was time. I was just to grant wishes, be a lifeline to players and grow.

So, for the last year I've been working on a secret project. I've been slowly working and building a character that is an Ahamkara and been making a 3D model in Blender.

Tenrouken @tenrouken.bsky.social · 28/05/2025

Excuse my silence, I went hard and started on a few projects I can now start talking about, so first up. An overhead map of the Crota's End Bridge encounter made for a tabletop games. I made an alt version showing all the Totems and bridge active as well which were made into tokens.

One of the projects I have on hold atm, is this drawing of Narec, my Hive/Krill OC. I have a DnD campaign I'm playing in that is set in the Dark Ages and decided to change Narec's design for that into something more canon based with mix of his designs. I've been trying to render it out too.

I felt really limited on what I could post, so expect me to post various little doodles from projects, little quick sketches, as well as other stuff. I won't be posting like, dungeon/raid maps probably, the last one caused major burnout.

I guess first post back should be a little heads up. I still play Destiny, I am very much into DnD/DnDestiny atm. Your gonna see me posting a lot of art here. Twitter was hard to share anything I was interested in because over half my followers were from the maps I made.
