This month’s upcoming Tell Us Something event has me thinking quite a bit about happiness. In last month’s newsletter, I linked to an article from Psychology Today about happiness. Right now, I’m specifically interested in Eudemonic Happiness, which was discussed in the article.
This image features a retro-styled graphic flowchart with a textured, worn teal background and off-white circular text nodes connected by dark brown arrows.
Flowchart Logic
Starting Node: The large central circle at the top asks: "ARE YOU HAPPY?"
If YES: An arrow points left to a circle reading "YES", which leads straight down to a large node at the bottom left: "KEEP DOING WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING."
If NO: An arrow points right to a circle reading "NO", which leads down to the question: "DO YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY?"
If YES: Following the arrow from "YES" leads to a central node: "CHANGE SOMETHING."
If NO: Following the arrow from "NO" points horizontally all the way back across to the node: "KEEP DOING WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING."
Visual Style
The poster has a vintage, mid-century aesthetic with a faux-creased paper texture, sans-serif typography, and subtle credit text printed in the top right corner (T/C-2) and along the bottom margin.

Chasing Happiness in the Big Sky Summer is in full swing, the skies are clear, and the wild raspberries are ripe. And as we gear up for the next Tell Us Something live storytelling event on September 23rd, we find ourselves chewing on a big question: What exactly is the pursuit of happiness?
A person is holding a small, white ceramic dish filled with freshly picked raspberries in the palm of their hand.
Here are the key details of the image:
The Dish: A square-ish white bowl with a subtle, wavy texture on the inner surface. It is piled with bright red, ripe raspberries.
The Hand: A fair-skinned hand supports the dish from underneath, positioned in the lower left and center foreground.
The Background: A lush, green raspberry bush fills the rest of the frame. The background is softly blurred (shallow depth of field), but you can spot a few more unpicked raspberries still hanging from the branches amidst the green leaves.

So grateful to Kettlehouse Brewing Company for providing beer 🍺 & NA sparkling Hop Water for tomorrow’s show! Just picked it up. Thank you Kettlehouse team!
exterior view of the KettleHouse Brewing Co. facility, captured from a low angle looking upward against a bright blue sky.

Here is a detailed breakdown of the image elements:

The Building
Structure and Siding: The building features vertical corrugated metal siding. The upper and main portion of the wall is painted a dark red/burgundy color, while the very bottom section near the ground is a dark charcoal grey.

Signage: Mounted high on the red siding is the KettleHouse Brewing Co. sign. It includes the brand's signature house silhouette with a yellow "K" on top, positioned right above a long horizontal sign that reads "KETTLEHOUSE BREWING CO."

Doors and Windows: Below the main sign is a large, dark grey roll-up garage/loading door that includes a row of windows along its lower section. To the right of it is a smaller, black-curtained loading dock bay door.

Parking Sign: A small, white rectangular sign is mounted on the wall between the two bay doors, reading "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING".

Industrial Elements & Foreground
Pallets and Kegs: In the lower left corner, there is a stack of empty wooden pallets. To the right, in front of the loading bays, are multiple stacks of silver metal beer kegs wrapped in plastic on pallets, ready for transport.

Brewing Equipment: On the far right edge of the frame, large, white vertical industrial brewing silos or tanks are partially visible, extending up past the roofline.

Background and Sky
Landscape: In the background on the right side, the edge of a forested, tree-covered mountain or hill can be seen under the clear sky.

Sky: The top half of the photo is dominated by a vibrant, deep blue sky with thin, wispy white cirrus clouds stretching across it. The lighting suggests a bright, clear day.
