In better news, John Oliver's three-day stint/stunt as a corporate villain on legendary soap opera "General Hospital" appears to be going... fucking brilliantly?? I have watched this clip on a loop for like 20 mins I really, truly need to see the full episodes NOW

tbh, putting the sim racing content here was an experiment to see where I wanted it, considering how I'm encouraged to put my real name on sim racing services. But I'm feeling more comfortable doing that on the original gaming account/persona that I've had for over a decade now.

Rob @tellerius.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

Going to slowly put the sim racing content/streams on my original gaming channel over at @itriscuit.bsky.social to help consolidate whatever I put out in the aether that is the Internet. This persona will stay as my "everything else other than gaming". Not that I was posting much, anyway.

The silicone tape on the Mclaren GT3 wheel stuck to the boards like crazy. I wonder if that's because the boards were made out of PETG instead of PLA, as originally intended.

I thought I would not like the 16-inch laptop screen form factor, but it's actually not too bad. Now I understand why the LG Gram exists, mostly in a 16-inch version.

Not much, but I can finally cross off getting a win in the BMW M Hybrid V8 GTP (in recent memory—which is already bad as it is). But a win is a win is a win.

TIL that military service members who were discharged for their sexual orientation or gender identity qualify for in-state tuition rates in Washington regardless of their residency! wsac.wa.gov/student-resi...

• Veterans who were discharged from the uniformed services due to sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.
- They do not need to live in Washington.
- They do not need to enter school within a certain amount of time after separating from the military.
- They maintain resident student status as long as they stay continuously enrolled.
- Does not apply to veterans who have a dishonorable discharge from the uniformed services.

Stream PC lost the W10 boot path it had after trying to swap out spinning hard drives for SSDs. That's a fun thing to deal with now. I'm not worried about the hardware, I'm more worried about trying to get W10 back since this mobo doesn't have a TPM module on it.
