The other major addition to this update is the ability to swap what game or disk is loaded without creating a new room. Once the host swaps, connected players only need to load a matching ROM to keep playing. You can see additional updates in the changelog. We hope you enjoy the release!

It took a lot of work to support a threaded core, but it was worth it to open up the Saturn's massive library.

We've added a few color profiles for consoles that had notorious display quirks. Playing a GBA game with colors that were designed for the original LCD? You're set!

Thanks to a render pipeline rewrite we can now apply shaders to rendered frames. Some samples of the CRT Lottes shader in action, which has options for different levels of horizontal blending and curvature:

Telemelt 2 doesn't use retroarch but we did add the ability to bind axes which will hopefully help here! Pushing a new version with this and some other cool features today, let us know if that fixes the issue. Glad to hear you're having fun with it!

Telemelt is a collaborative experience: it can integrate with Discord to announce sessions, send screenshots, and export saves at the press of a button. Discord export makes it easy to pick up your next session where the previous left off, just grab the latest save! We hope you also enjoy it!

In Telemelt, every player runs the emulator locally while peer-to-peer networking keeps state synced between players. The controller can be passed seamlessly, and the controller player is never subject to any network latency.

Telemelt 2 is a networked multi-system browser emulator designed to recreate the experience of playing console games with a single controller in a room full of friends. We worked hard to make the shared experience we wanted to use.
