Day 4 of solarhills #Pregtober! History! Dressed Phyllis (they/them) up as the prehistoric ICON, the girl with the MOST, Venus of Willendorf herself! Its a bit of a cheap costume, but I was struggling with the theme all day so figured Phyll threw togheter some second hand finds for it =w=c hehee

Phyllis dressed up to look like the iconic Venus of Willendorf. Phyllis is a fat pink android robot with a chassi head with a green screenface. Their limbs are thick and segmented at the joints, where the joint has light pink seams and a navy 'cap'.

Their Venus costume consists of a brown knit beanie, a brown knit shirt stretched over their huge fat and pregnant belly, and some beige tennis shorts. They are mimicing the pose of the classic Venus figure with their hands on their bust, framed by their arms.

#pregtober day 3: Candy! So Punschrolls isn't precisley a candy, but its not a pastry. Is it a confectionairy? Its my favourite sweet anyway :) Realized once it was done you shouldnt have em when pregnant because they got alcohol in em 8w8 but Dont Worry! Its fantasy alcohol free treats!

They are wearing a tight dress stylized after the swedish confectionary known as a Punschroll, green marsipan capped with milk chocolate at the ends. Moos horns are also in the same colors.

Moo is leaning back on an invisible surface, resting one hand on their bust as they munch on a punschroll contently.

Punschrolls are a swedish sweet that is basically chocolate cookie crumbs marinated in punsch (a sweet liquor), wrapped in green marsipan, and then dipped in chocolate to seal them in.

fur affinity has been running for 21 years, is one of the largest archives of queer art online, and one of the few art sites that has not switched to some kind of infinite feed bullshit and it's being strangled over "adult" art. suspiciously wealthy furries now is your time to paypig for culture

What makes this situation frustrating is that the bar for what advertisers consider “adult content” is very very low. For example they consider plus size characters, two characters hugging, and “barbie doll nudity” to be adult content, despite these being normal everyday things that are not adult at all. This is why you may see other sites with restrictions on how characters can’t be posed or dressed “too provocatively.”

We receive a daily list of items that they have flagged as violations and have to sort through them. If they’re legitimate violations, we re-rate them. If they aren’t, we don’t touch them. Submissions that are not violations of our policies are still held against us.

We have had many email conversations, Zoom calls, and even an in-person meeting with representatives to help resolve this to no avail.
