Bren @tekkenbowling.bsky.social · 20/11/2024One thing that helped me was I stand in front of the mirror and look at my reflection and say at least 3 things about myself that I like (doesn't even have to be looks) and do it everyday and don't stop looking in the mirror until you say 3 things at least. It helps me realize I'm not ugly and loser 110
