shipped a pile of cssdaily.dev updates 🎉 the one I keep thinking about: scoring now blends structural correctness with pixel diff so the right solutions actually win. pure pixel diff rewarded "looks close" over "got it right" — felt wrong for a CSS practice tool. 🧵👇

@mikenikles.com cssdaily.dev/tailwind/ got the Tailwind version up and running! Limited to class editing with autocomplete for most Tailwind classes (no integration existed, so I had to manually define the list).

I am aware that today's cssdaily challenge rendered outside the bounds. I'll be tweaking the prompt today to try to sort that out while also implementing some of the suggestions I've received! Thanks everyone who's tried it out so far!

Yeah, AI is generating the challenges each day, so it definitely can make these 😂. I unfortunately do not have an infinite wealth of css examples, nor the time to craft a new one each day.

Wouldn't be too hard to do if you forked cssdaily. Some small changes to the challenge generation prompt and an editable html section rather than css. Could probably spin it up tonight or tomorrow.

No, I believe that was recorded before the current release. As of now everyone should be getting the same design.

I suppose one option would be to have several system fonts and have the GitHub action generate images for each font. I'll look into it.

Given the images are generated at the start of each day, I wanted to keep the font the same, changing fonts would require per challenge font alignment or some other method generating challenges on demand.
