ICYMI, Nvidia bought Hugging Face today. I have concerns. Nvidia is doing better than anyone else to build out a wholesale ecosystem around AI. But they've historically been a poor host to open ecosystems. See: Linux support. I suspect HF Cloud to be Nvidia locked in 6 months.

I think about `browser()`: react.dev/reference/re... And its `use`age the same way I think about `infer` in TS: `use(browser()) ~= Runtime<infer browserInfo>` It's a way to unwrap the inner value from another container with a built-in wait mechanism while it retrieves the info

Claude Mythos is GA!... Kinda. www.anthropic.com/news/claude-... They just announced Fable 5, a "Mythos class" model. It scores 80.3% on SWE bench vs Opus' 69.2%... The catch is that it's 2x the cost of Opus 5.8.

@dashlane.com, I was one of the customers who received a "someone attempted a login" email. Frankly, I find the lack of official comms deeply upsetting and will likely be the reason I change password managers after the incident resolves. No site banner, no socials. Unacceptable.

Welp, that's a first... While setting up CI for a Bazel project, I found a bug with one of the packages I'm using when combined with PNPM 11. github.com/aspect-build... Was tricky to nail down... But at least the issue isn't because of my misconfiguration for once haha

Seems like Windows isn't the only place that ARM still feels underbaked from community support. - No Google Chrome Linux ARM64 - Docker Desktop still looks for QEMU AMD64, so that doesn't work - Ghostty doesn't work under Parallels due to OpenGL issues
