Small correction friends. I forgot to add the diced potatoes into the app version of the recipe when transferring from my handwritten one so the macros are actually a tad more.

Haha bit of both! I was tracking stuff as I added it so I can share the ingredient list for sure. I’ll most likely be including this one in the second cook book zine too. I parboiled the potatoes in the stock and then just dumped that all into my larger pot. Cooked the chicken then added that too.

This week’s lunch was planned before the impromptu pie from the other night I swear lol. I wanted to try making chicken pot pie soup and it turned out better than I’d hoped. Self notes for next time, a bit more chicken and salt and a tad less thyme 383cal 22g net carb 8g fat 50g protein #tkcooks

This will probably get deleted because but anyways it was a semi casual/semi dress function and a loose theme that I did not really understand so I went for an old fall back of dressing like I am on a vacation but could solve a murder should I need to 🫠

First time trying to make a chicken pot pie. Not the prettiest but tasted good. Veggies were on the side as requested or else there would have been a load of peas and carrots in here 😅

It’s somehow already been three years since I made this illustration celebrating two of my absolute favorite things. Makes me want to revisit this crossover for the approaching Halloween season.

Finished Dawnwalker and had an absolutely amazing time. It certainly has its rough edges but they are easily overshadowed by all of the other points of excellence. Writing, characters and combat were the main highlights for me and I genuinely hope we can get a continuation of this world’s story.

This week’s lunch is these pizza burritos w/ chicken and turkey pepperoni. An update to my original go at these which had lean ground beef. I honestly find that the roasted chicken helps carry the pizza flavor better IMO. Plus better macros 😂 463cal 18g fat 10g net carb 63g protein #tkcooks

Burrito mix for the mentioned pizza burritos. It is a sauce blend of cottage cheese and pizza sauce, seasonings, roasted chicken and turkey pepperoni and some mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Sunday’s are hectic with a new week starting and planning the things I need to do. But I get to cook and that sort of slows things down for an hour or two while I’m getting it all sorted. This week’s lunch is (more than i planned)sticky spicy chicken and mac and cheese. Happy Sunday folks ✌️💙

I really want to make a small deduction style game with Detective Dino. I woke up this morning and it’s all I’ve been thinking about. I imagine it could have you investigating a small stable of characters trying to parse the truth against a timer. Deciding what is a lie and what is a clue etc.

For this week I made some pizza burritos with chicken and turkey pepperoni. Here are the steps in silly picture form. They cane out really tasty. 433cal 9g net carb 14g fat 59g protein

A pan, chopped cooked chicken in a bowl, chicken and diced turkey pepperoni in a bowl.

Cheese added to the bowl, cheese sauce mixture added to the bowl, everything stirred together.

The wrapped burritos, searing them closed in a pan, wrapped in foul and stacked.
