idk life and stuff. spent a lot of last year crying and screaming for help and spent a lot of this year advocating for that help and some of that help was taken away, but new help is starting all with the looming nature that all my health help could get taken away at any second. 🙃

the last thing i sewed was mending a split in the leg of my pants. i dont have a sewing chair so i just sorta hunched over, fighting my machine the whole time cuz the thread break sensor still hasnt gotten fixed and the screen has gone bad, again.

i started a new med for headaches at the beginning of the year. headaches got better, but so did about half my body pain. what a pleasant surprise. and to have my doc increase it to maybe catch the last half of my pain? now i can really push on stability, im not having to push through pain.
