Life is made up of good times and bad times. We appreciate good times more after going through hard times. Joy doesn’t feel as good if we have never been sad. Even life itself wouldn't be as precious if we didn't know about death. Face challenges with grace but don’t actively pursue them.

‎ کچھ ڈر گریباں سے پکڑ کر آگے بڑھاتے ہیں کچھ پاؤں پکڑ کر پیچھے دھکیلتے ہیں۔ کچھ ڈر صرف رلاتے ہیں پریشان نہیں کرتے۔ کچھ پریشان رکھتے ہیں مگر آنکھ نم نہیں کرتے۔ کچھ ڈر محبت پیدا کرتے ہیں کچھ نفرت ساتھ لے آتے ہیں کچھ ڈر لمبا ٹھہرنے آتے ہیں کچھ آتے ہی دم توڑ دیتے ہیں۔

‎میٹھا صرف میٹھا نہیں ہوتا۔ شہد میٹھا ہے آم میٹھا ہے شہتوت میٹھا ہے مگر آنکھ بند کرکے چکھنے پر بھی مٹھاس کے فرق سے مٹھاس کے سورس کا پتہ بتایا جاسکتا ہے۔ مختلف سورس سے آنے والا ڈر بھی مختلف احساس رکھتا ہے۔
