I think we have a single giant skeleton at the end of the street that is left up year round and they decorate it for the season We have an old lady across the street that leaves her Christmas lights on all year. Like actually on, not just hung. My wife and I are the only "young" people on the block

We did this with mini ducks at a friend's apartment. She found probably 20 in the last 6 months that we had put them out? She's packing up to move to another apartment and found about 15 or so in the last few days. I'm pretty sure we put over 100 in that apartment... Oops xD

But masking around them to make interactions less abrasive (yay trauma response) kills any energy I have and usually results in needing a nap... Which they've asked my wife about regularly, not as a bad thing but a "is everything ok? Is something stressful going on?" Kinda way

I get that feeling. My wife's side has only ever really interacted with "severe" (their words, not mine) autistics and seem to struggle/are easily annoyed with my quirks. They aren't bad people, just unlearning their taught... I don't want to say ableism but I can't think of a better word?

So it's kinda like a goof around style game, less so of a "railroad" or set path game? Kinda like how Minecraft has an end goal but you can really do just about whatever you want and it doesn't tell you what to do? As opposed to games like... Skyrim or cyberpunk that spell it out for you?

I will note that getting legal name changed comes with a LOT of work afterwords to get everything changed over... Banks, work, loans, car titles... Just to name a few. Regardless, congrats Vee! Party hard! (2/2)

Hell yeah! (This part is more so for those who plan to change their names, haven't yet) You can do this with a little less painful of a process when you get married; at least in some states. When I took my wife's last name it also had an option to change my first name. Didn't, but could. (1/2)
