I tell many folks like this all the time whenever they wish to send a "heyo" or "what's up" to a very respected artist. In some cases that very artist follows them back. Anxiety can be at play for sure, but it wouldn't hurt to say hey to someone who clearly may share an interest in what you like 🩵
