Deposit check dropped off, move-in date is August 1st. I also just submitted my intent to vacate my current lease in 30 days due to the raw sewage backing up causing uninhabitable conditions. Lease secured. Now the dreaded moving logistics. If you can help I’d greatly appreciate it. I’ll be in the new spot for a year and then month to month until we save enough for our forever home.
