The Murder v1.15-Alpha is out. 3D dice that land on the number in the log, in dice you design yourself, with sound if you want it. Armour Defence now tracks on each card, Parry weapons included. And Refs can run up to twenty tables and bin the ones they are done with. murder.teapk.gg/changelog

A set that does not all fit no longer refuses the lot. It shows where each card would land and you tick what you want. Ticking re-checks, so a card with no room behind five others fits once it is the only thing you asked for.

One worth naming: the Thief and the Assassin could not be taken at all. Both carry two knives, and a belt loop holds one thing, so the set was refused outright. Two knives are two cards now. A set already saved is repaired on this update.

The Murder v1.14 is live. Light mode, which was the thing people asked for most, and three other looks alongside it. A picker sits at the foot of every page. Free companion app for the MCDM Crows playtest. murder.teapk.gg

Encounters: a fight has a name, you can build one while the crows are elsewhere, and what is not out is not sent to anybody's browser. Calling for initiative ticks the round over. First pass, so it is as much a look at the shape of it as a finished thing.

Trade for... on a card somebody else is carrying, and pick what you give. Both cards leave both sheets at once, so two full packs still works. It goes through whole or nothing moves.

Handing a card over: type it once, tick who gets one, and it lands in a tray at their end to drag onto a box. Players can pass cards to each other without the Ref. There is a floor for this room and a base for the cart or the camp, and the whole table can take from either.

Multi-slot armour actually moves now. Drag it by the card, and it goes between the hands, the belt and the pack rather than being stuck in whichever row it landed in. Whatever is in the way comes back to the boxes it left.

Your pack is laid out the way the sheet is now: two hands, four belt loops, ten pack slots, with the cards drawn in the boxes they are in. A four-slot armour lies across four boxes and each part says which part it is. Drag a card between boxes and the sheet follows.

Inside a campaign, the playtest's own cards are already in and filed into a set per background, with their dice, damage and prices. A Ref hands a set out, or ticks it open and players take their own. Those sets are MCDM's, so they get wiped when the playtest ends.

It writes the whole card: usage dice, how it comes back, whether it rolls on the Dungeon Turn, where it is carried, stack limit, slots, AD, and the three result bands for a weapon. Save one as a PNG.

Print output: two Crows item cards on white paper, a torch and a greatsword, at four to a sheet of A4.
