British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 12/12/2024Anybody remember DarkAlex cfw on these on the early days of the psp? I miss all the hours spent hacking the psp and playing around with cfw's 🥰 020
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 28/11/2024That's horrendous, you guys must have been absolutely fuming, could have got halfway across Europe in fuel costs for that 😱 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks 🥰 I'm with EE and luckily Switzerland is included in their EU and EEA plans, but I have heard of people being hit hard in Switzerland as well. Andorra really caught me off guard the first time, think I used about £50 worth of data in the day 😅 100
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024🙌🏻😂🤣media.tenor.coma little girl is sitting in the back seat of a car talking .ALT: a little girl is sitting in the back seat of a car talking . 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks Tim, I'm doing really well but the foot is quite painful. It will get there soon enough I'm sure 🥰 100
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks Valheru, I'd prefer to level up in reverse for a little while if possible 😅😂 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks Ricardo, I'm still away celebrating it 😁 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks so much, it's been a fun time celebrating it the last week 😁 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Thanks chick, I'm really glad you like them 🥰 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024That will be an awesome trip, there's a few great natural hot springs as you travel across Spain in that direction, you should have a Google for them on your trip 😎 020
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024I used to be on mountain rescue, so I carry a basic first aid kit with me everywhere now out of habit 😅 main thing for me is gauze dressing, bandages, tape, foil blanket, emergency shelter, blister & regular plasters, antibacterial gel and antibacterial creams. Anything beyond that is just a bonus. 130
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 27/11/2024The Entrance to Andorra from the French side, a common sight for those visiting this little independent principality here in Europe, with the mountains of #Pyrenees surrounding you on all sides. Definitely worth a visit, but turn off your mobile data here! 📵💸🏍️ #roamingcharges #travel #motorcycle 3422
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 25/11/2024I never blocked anyone on this platform yet, but apparently it's blocked 😅 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024Late night post 🌠 Another shot from one of this years tours. Usually I prefer to tour solo, but this time two friends came along with me as they weren't confident enough to tour themselves. This shot is from the top of Stelvio pass by the Alpengasthof Tibet Hütte. #motorcycle #triumph #tiger #travel 1391
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024Looks like a gorgeous few days 🥰 It's not looking like that the last few days, here's my trip over Hardknott last night to see if I could get to the cinema in Ambleside for my birthday, the further east I went the snowier and icier it got, Hardknott was no problem, Wrynose not so much 🤣 black ice! 120
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024It's definitely an interesting one, there will always be polarised views when it comes to the Monarchy. I think people sometimes need to take a step back and view things from a distance. The UK has very little cultural heritage left, so to eradicate the monarchy would fundamentally change the UK. 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024When compared to something like the US elections, costing 100's of billions every 4 years, the crowning of a monarch is once a lifetime & shows massive ROI. So whether people agree or disagree with the monarchy, the actual long-term economical and cultural benefit of the monarchy is hard to contest. 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024The article is actually a misguided one IMO, yes the event may have cost £72m (which is undeniably extravagant), but that figure is taken without context. The Royal Family is a large part of the cultural identity & history of the UK, and generates a lot of jobs and money via tourism for the economy 020
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 24/11/2024No, they haven't really had any true political power since the 1600's, what power they did have has been reduced to nothing more than a ceremonial role in present times. At most they have political influence through status, much like a VERY high-status celebrity, and that is its own form of power. 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Well, I've survived another trip around the sun, even if a tourist did try to end that trip prematurely in September 🚘💥🏍️🚑🏥😅 I'm looking forward to another year, more adventure, more travel, meeting new people, making new friends, seeing new places, riding more bikes and experiencing new things 🎂❤️🌍 4161
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Love that scenery transition in the gateway ❤️ 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 23/11/2024I love that illustration, so cute 🥰 you've got some serious talent 🤩😍❤️ 030
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Not sure how much it is in dollars, but that sounds about right. And yes it should be able to be paired with the 5, in fact I think you can pair two simultaneously with the 5 as opposed to just 1 with the 4: youtu.be/XNqnTLboVLA?...youtu.beOsmo Action 5 Pro|Using with DJI Mic 2YouTube video by DJI Tutorials 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024We're everywhere, we're watching, you're not alone. 😎 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024It's a great route especially when combined with SP172 - there's some great spots along the route including an artisan cheese, dairy and meat producer as well as a mountain cabin bar and restaurant with incredible food 😍 020
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Haha, that certainly sounds about right 😂🫖 a friend lives there and owns a charity in the region (Ayub Hamdard Foundation). My aim is to raise money and awareness for the charity on the trip 🥰 Every year villages and land is destroyed by floods and landslides with no money to help them relocate. 121
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024A continuation of my favourite route through the Cottian Alps, this time Strada dell'Assietta (SP173) connecting to Colle delle Finestre (SP172). 34km long and mostly above 2000m, this rough rock and dirt track passes 5 mountain summits between Finestre and Sestriere #motorcycle #travel #adventure 6393
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024They really are, I did a full service on mine on a dirt track up a mountain mid-tour (3000 mile services) 🤣 I was supposed to be riding out to Gilgit-Baltistan this year, but due to a lot of uncertainty in a few territories, decided to do another year of European travel, this time on the new 450. 130
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024There's a few pop series like Naruto and Dragonball that I've never watched, seen the odd episode here and there from both, but never watched them fully. 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Had the accident here in Wasdale, came around a corner to find a car driving on the wrong side of the road (an elderly tourist from mainland Europe), to cut a long story short, I hit the front corner of their car after trying to evade them and ended up going down a big drop into the lake upside down 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024The deep sand can be a real git, have the change riding style completely for that stuff. Looks like you had a laugh though 🤣 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Anyone else here a winter addict? I know winter isn't everyone's favourite thing, but I love it! I love winter storms, keeping the fire lit, climbing snow & ice covered mountains, inversions, driving through snowy landscapes, gorgeous (and harsh) winter light, snowboarding & blanket snuggling 🌨️❄️🗻🥰 180
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024I'm really glad it was a positive outcome for you 🥰 no doubt there was some conflict between MR team and National Trust which prevented them doing anything to improve path conditions. It has been a problem for my team here in Wasdale above Piers Gill, National Trust won't even add warning signage. 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Yikes!! You got away really lucky considering that fall ❤️🩹😬 it's not always a good outcome there. Those slabs can get really greasy, especially if it's been dry for a while and then gets rainy. I'll usually grab the ground above that section just to prevent exactly that same thing from happening. 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Thanks ☺️ I'll be back in the fells soon hopefully, all the winter weather is making me itch to get back out there 😁 Really snow up there today! Yes, I know the Shamrock traverse quite well, really not somewhere I would want to fall off of 😬 what gave way on the path? 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024100% agree, and so much character! I picked mine up last year with 3,456 miles on the clock (an easy number to remember). I've put on another 10,000 since then, the only issues have been swingarm needed greasing, oil temp sensor causing fuelling issues, and throttle body causing stall at idle. 😎 100
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024I don't know, does this pass the acceptance criteria for sarcasm? Who knows, I never received any 🤣😂 *flaps arms about in a defeated, disbelieving manner* 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024The 4 is an exceptional camera, make sure to get the battery pack kit for it as well (holds and charges 3 batteries for it). I pair my action 4 with the DJI mic kit, they work really well together ☺️ 120
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024For sure, I don't have the kind of money (any) to warrant getting something like that for here, would be forever cleaning and polishing it 🤣 110
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Oooof, it's a long, slow, grind from that side. The South side is shorter and steeper, so it's a suffer-fest, sure, but it's over quicker 😂 I admire your stamina, haha! It will definitely be easier on your Tiger, haha 010
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024I find the same issue with sunrises, they happen before I'm awake 😂 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024They really are, they're essentially the Land Rover Defender of the bike world 😁 000
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024You're definitely looking cycle-fit in that photo! It's a good long slog to the summit, which side did you ascend on? I've lost all my cycling fitness this year. Since the accident in September, I'm taking time to build up strength again on Zwift/MyWhoosh. I miss riding the passes here in the Lakes. 120
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Checked them out last night, not sure they would cope with the Lake District weather, but for dry Summer riding 😍 150
British Tea Biker @teabiker.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Nothing wrong with the RE's - I've got two of them 😀 What did you think of the new Classic 650? 🤤 I'm looking forward to giving them a try when the demo units are in the wild. I expect it will be a little too short/cramped. 000
